It is often considered that how children should spend their time: on reading a book or watching TV and playing computer games. And I think reading a book is much beneficial than watching TV or playing computer games. First of all, Rate of reading book increased while rate of the playing and watching falled down. Reading has positive effects on children mind. By reading stories from book, they picture book's characters and events in their mind. This helps children to grow up more creative and positive. For instance, Author of book, , Seven habits of highly effective people" Stephen Covey Considered that main causes of bad behaviours in society is we don't lead our children to read a book. He says that parents shouldn't allow their children to play computer games. By reading book children's outlook becomes wide and they can see the true world. Thus, Children should read more rather than wasting their time to priceless stuffs. Secondly, Playing games and watching TV have negative affects on children mind. This habits may destroy children's life. Because when they start playing or watching something more brain produces hormone called dopamine. As a result children become more addictive to games and video programms. Proffesor of Oxford Jim Kwik disvovered that children who spent more time on games and video programms suffered depression, stress and anxiety. And this factor makes children unconfident and selfish in life. In conclusion, instead of addicting to games and programms, children must be addicted to read and study.
