I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your company's poor internet service in our area. The disruptive internet connection is causing a great problem, and I hope you will resolve it as soon as possible.
As per your company policy and plan, I was supposed to receive more than 50 Mbps download speed, which is less than 2 Mbps now. Many people in our area work from home, and an improper internet connection prevents them from finishing their work on time. In addition, people have trouble doing video conferencing, online shopping, sending important emails, and paying utility bills online. You can imagine how receiving your company's internet service upset other people in our area and me.
I hope this matter will be resolved with utmost importance without any delay. I assume that to maintain user trust, your team needs to work very hard to address this problem. Please check the cables and routers in our area to find and solve the problem.
