responsibility. So as it has become a debatable topic where it is believed that top levels job should be assigned to the existing employees of the company then recruiting new employees. I agree with the above notion and further will put some light on it.
The existing staff member or worker in a company is the one who has been serving it since long period of time and has gained the trust of company over the period. besides this he she gets to know about the behaviors of different boys working in the company which can be very beneficial for the company as the familiarity of the conditions or working environment can improve the conditions and working environment of the company. for instance, if there is vacant job of human resource manager in a company in which the task is to manage the working of all the employees and to get in touch with them. this can be possible only when a person is already introduced with the behaviors of different employeesAnd has a good relations with them. so, person working for the company since long can do these kind of task properly a person who is new to the environment and has not been introduced to the different behaviours of distinct employees.
Furthermore if the existing employees get a chance to get Promotion or if they are given promotions they are likely to work hard for it as they will feel more respected and recognised full stop these are the factors which are mostly used in the companies to get the task done effectively through employees. for example, recently all the banking sector in India organised a survey where they tested how working of employees in the sector get boosted by the promotion and recognization factors, And results bareen pressure as the factors Prophet got increased 2 times of previous profits. So, it is clear from survey that existing employees when given promotion gets very much involved in work. But this might not be the case with the new employees where they are directly placed to the higher position.
