It goes without saying that, new construction of housing has increased by leaps and bounds. Some, if not all, feel that in some cities have controls on housing and office design whereas, others argue that, it should be free to select design whatever they like. Here, I believe that, there should be some rules to construct unique building by competent authorities.
To begin with, some cities or town have command to give permission to construct building and unheard design. Basiccaly, there various iconic building which attract the people towards them because of their beautiful construction, lightings, well decorations and so on. As a result, tourism will increase and by this way they can earn money for maintaining if, all powers have with decision takers. Furthermore, these types of matchbox cunstruction can become landmark plus, some companies would open their office in that type of building because of their prestige. Moreover, today horizontal places are less that is why cities give permission to make building vertical so, it can be considered as significant aspect.
There are various demerits if, authorities would not give proper attention on design of housing building as well as commercial. Firstly, there will be chances of invite fire so, cities must have to check before constructing, secondly, location can play important role because some time soil cannot sustain the wait of building and there would chances of falling specially in monsoon landscaping is much higher thus, people may loose their life. For example, a year ago there was a building fell due to dry soil. In addition, in case of natural calamities, these designs and construction may prove to hazardous.
In sum, it is time for donning the thinking hat to, authorities have power to pass that kind of design for making houses and offices instead of giving freedom.
