In this contemporary world, any kind of news play a very important role and there have several types of medium to get the information. There are two predominantly contradicting views are being debated in the society, where some of the people believe that to know any news newspapers play the significant role. On the other hand, another portion of the population claim that for learning any news media performs better role than newspaper. Although both views have come supportive material, I strongly belive that for getting any news different types of media can play a better role as we are living in the era of science and technology. In the following essay, I will discuss the both opinions and provide my opinion with a logical explanation. To begin with, it is true that, before becoming the smart phone or others technology avaiable, newspaper was the one and only medium to get any news as well as it's provided the authentic news and fresh news in every morning. Nowadays, there have a numerous types of newsppaer to get any kind of news. It has different sections, where it provides section based updated news. For example, the aged people are still comfortable to read news through the newspaper. Moreover, it helps to develop good habit to child. On the other hand, without newspapers, in this modern era, people have a lots of options to get news. Suach as, radio, television, mobile phone, social media, google, applications these are the current media of searching or getting any type of datas. Firstly, newspaper contains the news of the previous day which is supplied on the next day morning to the user. As a result, it is quite difficult to get current news of the same day. For instance, a board examination result will be published by tommorow and it is declared by the goverment. But for getting that news through the newspaper, user have to wait for the next day. Secondly, for any instant news, people can search anything to google or social medias or in youtube. Because, in the recent days, if any incident occours, it doesn't take a time to publish in the media. For example, poople get the news of earthquake in the social media before realising it that earthquake has happened. To conclude, it should be mentioned that, in the previous day newspaper was the only medium and best medium to get authenticate and reliable news but nowadays the other media playing a largest role to give any new.
