For: Mr. Renat Əzməmmədova, owner of the restaurant “Ozsut” Reason: Complaint to attract attention in your restaurant.
I am writing you the following letter to express my discomfort with the treatment at your restaurant yesterday. I explain what happened: I went to have lunch at their outstanding restaurant with some of my colleagues, there were only five of us total.
However, we arrived and were told that we should wait outside as there were a lot of people in the building. They made us wait more than 30 minutes for a table. At that time, we saw the people whom the doorman knew came in without waiting in line, and this disturbed us very much. We showed the situation to the doorman who got angry and insulted a friend of mine. When they let us in, the doorman tells the waiter that we were the ones who had the scandal outside, which is not true. From there the waiter started to treat us reluctantly. We ordered food and were left to wait for an hour and when it was delivered it was cold and very poorly presented. We don't want this to happen again. We avoid going there if we see the same concierge at the entrance of your establishment or if served by the same waiter as we enter.
