These days many individuals complain of insufficient sleep. They either do not have much time for sleeping or do not fall asleep. In my opinion, each of them has its own reasons and resolution.
On one hand, nowadays, lives are accompanied by technological development and most people have a busy life and do not have a convenient life, like, a lack of free time with their family, deficiency of sleep, or complications to fall asleep. It means, scientific progress helps people’s life, but it has many side effects, for instance, an absence of peace of mind, Fatigue, impatient, and inefficiency. Shortage of peace of mind causes an individual to go to bed and not fall asleep after a long time. These people usually are not interested in going to work and are very impatient. Unfortunately, there are many people who overload with work and do not have any time for resting so they are not about to see their family. This group may be involved in workaholism. It means the work is more than the family. Finally, both the two groups suffer from insufficient sleep which may be accidental roads too.
On the other hand, all people need enough sleep and free time for spending with their family and relatives. They usually have leisure activities and relaxing programs and are not about to use tranquilizer drugs. They are generally in search of a better life with more resting and relaxation. They are always efficient and calm people and without any controversy.
In conclusion, many diseases and community complications come back from insufficient sleep. In my opinion, all people have to have a plan for working and sleeping in their lives. Chronic fatigue and tiredness can cause somatic and psychotic diseases but with provide sufficient sleep, we can prevent those.
