When it seems likely the employers are using staffs as a cheap worker, if doesn’t fair and it is injustice, specially when the workers are educated expert, in personally when I realize that they don’t pay me as much as I need to cover my life costs. I would leave that workplace hasty because I believe life is so short and we mustn’t waste it in undervalued jobs. I never recommend anyone to Accept a bad situation and endure it and enjoy it. Because it’s easiest and laziest way to run away from solution and hold us back. In my opinion there is always a way to make it better. Improve skills and try different jobs and rise experience about jobs is better than stay with undervalued job. because money and value job is the main thing in our life that nothing can make up for it.
