There is no iota of doubt that the larger companies and industries move to Suburbs or Rural areas from Urban. This phenomenon is offering a lot of benefits to the people. However, sometimes a couple of problems emergy due to the same. The following paragraphs would cast light on the pros and cons of the companies and industries movement.
To begin with the bright side, the employment status in the rural areas will be increasing, and it will be beneficial to the people. For instance, a company may open for multiple job positions. Moreover, it stops the migration of people to urban areas, and it reduces the cost of living who cannot afford to live in cities.
Additionally, it reduces the travel time, traveling is the biggest challenge, and it is not easy to travel to offices in heavy traffics. In suburban, the traffics is quite less when compared with the metro politician area. It is an additional burden stops for the people who travel long distances to reach their office.
On the flip side of the coin, there are some nasty consequences as well firstly, it is difficult to get the raw materials, products and, it affects the production. Secondly, the necessities like Hospitals, hotels, etc. , are less when compared with the urban areas.
In conclusion, I believe that merits outnumber the demerits.
