It is often argued that it is difficult to get children to read. Why do you think this is? What measures could be taken to encourage children to read more? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is undoubtedly fact that most of the pupil finds reading boring because for them it is difficult to concentrate on studies as they involve their mind in playing and in other activities. however, there are several reasons and solutions to motivate kids to read. Examining the reasons firstly, the books without pictures children don't like to read they feels boring and not able to focus on reading for instance: by reading historical books even adults feels boring. Moreover, there are many technological devices that distract the mind of kid for eg: tv, mobile phones and laptops they like to play games by using this. furthermore children like to spend most of the time in playing as well as parents are too busy in their works that they don't get time to make the student read. However, there are some possible solutions teacher and parents should teach the children to read small paragraphs daily so their interest arises in reading. Secondly par, ents should buy pictures and stories books and should make the habit of students to read and explain so the ability of reading improves. and children able to focus on the study. finally the parents should take children to museum so when they see various items then they browse on several topics about history and read. To sum up, it is concluded that by applying several methods people can make students to read and adopts the knowledge in their life so their ability of reading improves and can able to focus on the studies.
