SUCCES MEASURED BY MONEY OR GOOD DEEDS

SUCCES MEASURED BY MONEY OR GOOD DEEDS 52NqB
Many people consider that success comes from material objects, others argue that it comes from DOING good ACTIONS. In this essay, I will examine both views and explain why I think that ACHIEVEMENTS should be measured by our good deeds instead of material things. TO BEGIN WITH, those who support that money measures success have two main arguments. FIRT OF ALL, IT is common to think that incomes determine happiness, since quality life could be strikingly different depending on your salary. FOR INSTANCE, higher incomes allow you to purchase a bigger house, better furniture, expensive clothes, and OTHER THINGS. SECONDLY, another argument is that success is connected with work. Therefore higher salaries means a COMPETENT DOING YOUR JOB, consequently people believe that you have success because of your WORK PERFORMANCE. Others, however, hold that ACCOMPLISHMENTS comes from our good deeds, myself included. FIRSTLY, when people DO POSITIVE actions, they MAY feel better in many ways. TO ILLUSTRATE, a couple of years ago I worked at an ONG with poor people. While I helped them construct a house, I felt extremely happy, HENCE I MIGHT CONFIRM that this happiness is, indeed, success. SECONDLY, if you do good deeds with your family or friends, you will GET THEIR LOVE. Shall I continue to suggest that success MIGHT ALSO BE measured by love. In conclusion, although money, work and quality of life are strongly connected with success, I think that society should measure it based on other facts linked TO family, friends AND love.
