It is considered that people have to take risks in various situations. It also leads to cons and pros in their work and private lives. In this essay I will explain some benefits and drawbacks about this argument.
To begin with, the most notable benefit of taking risks is that you gain valuable experience. Even if you defeat, you will learn about your mistakes. Also, you will try to work harder than before and make an effort in other ways. It can be seen that breakthrough and success never come easily and you must take a risk in different circumstances or may fail a lot and finally achieve your goal. In addition, accepting risks gives you an incredible sense of confidence because there are few people who are not afraid of risks. Moreover, when you take risks, you seem like a strong and independent person to others and you can give your advice to them.
By contrast, some people believe that taking risks not just affects your life but it will have a huge impact on your acquaintances such as your family and colleagues especially when you fail to take risks. For example, when you take risks to get a better job and you have quitted your current job then at least couldn't find a perfect occupation. so that decision will affect your family. Or in your professional live, if you take risks to borrow money from your company and invest a lot of money in the exchange market then your company goes bankrupt, you will have responsibility to your boss and other customers.
To sum up, it is clear that taking risks has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. Also it will affect your personal and professional lives. However, the pros outweigh the cons. You should just be more careful.
