Nowadays, the importance of money should be taught to students while they are at school, especially up to grade 8 to avoid purchasing unimportant things. Shopping for unrequired items by low age students can be avoided due to following reasons: waste of money, change of habit, and recycling issues.
These days, many kids are requesting their parents to buy the things which are not needed. For example, purchasing a variety of toys or clothes which they are not utilizing for a very short time and there is no choice but to throw them out. This process will lead to waste of money and parent's saving.
Moreover, buying whatever requested by the kids will cause some bad habits in them because they will start to think that they can impose their opinion on the parents, and this bad habit can be spread out to the society. For instance, they will initiate to push their idea once they start to work in the company or any other place.
Nor only this, shopping unnecessary stuff will lead to throwing to the garbage, and it would be even difficult to recycle them by municipality. For example, gathering garbage will lead to the waste of time and instead of that they can spend more time on some other crucial aspect including construction or any other projects.
To recapitulate, both school, and parents should continue to teach the majority of students not to waste money and save it. This process will be easier once they start to understand the financial situation better and they will learn how to save money for their future.
