In many countries in the world, some people earn extremely high salaries. There are two opinions regarding it. On one hand, people believe that this is good for the country. Others believe that government must not allow salaries above certain level. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Getting a job is dream for some people. In some countries people get payed extremely high salaries. However, some people think paying high salaries are unnecessary and government should make a limit for that. I strongly disagree with this statement. Some jobs require high salary due to its nature. For example, some jobs are very dangerous, to attract employee for this kind for jobs a company or government should give good rumenaration. If the pay have a limit people may lose their interest in these jobs. In some works such as to oil rig people who have to leave their family for a long period of time should get payed more because if the pay is low people might leave this type of job Additionally, people getting rewarded for their skill. In order to master a skill a person need to spend may years for practising. as a result they ask huge sum of money as their price. Furthermore, young people are trying to get a white collar jobs consequently, certain jobs such as general workers, skilled labour, only few people are willing to work in it. To attract more people to this profession huge amount of money will help. On the other hand, the pay gape may lead to feeling of unfairness. For instance some type work required more effort than other jobs. Therefore some people think that this is unacceptable because I'm doing more work than other person.
