In today’s world, we cannot imagine our lives without sugar and its products. GG95B
In today’s world, we cannot imagine our lives without sugar and its products. It is extensively used in almost every consumable. It provides us glucose which provides us energy which is very crucial for survival. Sugar has its many more advantages. It is an integral part of everyone’s life. It can be extracted from sugarcane also. Thus is a very long and complex process which is divided into 7 steps. First step in this process is growing sugar canes in a crop fields for 12 to 18 months. Then, second step is harvesting them by a machine or by human work. The third step is crushing them and getting juice from them. Then, fourth is purifying that juice by a Limestone filter. The fifth is evaporating that juice by heat in a container and juice is converted to syrup. Then comes the sixth step that is to centrifuge that syrup and separate sugar crystals from it. The seventh and final step is drying and cooling the sugar produced from the sugarcane. This is the whole process of producing sugar from the sugarcane and it takes a lot of time.
