Food quarter its it neccesary?

The purpose of this report is to give an account of the outcomes of the recent meeting about the planned food quarter. The report summarizes the main arguments made during the meeting and concludes with some recommendations. Councillor Gonzales began the meeting by summarizing some of the reasons for proposing the new scheme. She pointed out that nowadays people usually prefer to buy their food through some apps as a consequence as there's no local's food, According to some neighborhoods, if we have a quarter of food, it will be easier and more comfortable to buy food. However, discussing the issue, some local residents who attend felt that a  Food quarter it's unnecessary,  and that local quarter jus will generate  a disorder,   but according to Ms Coello, who is a restaurant owner, if we create more shop centers, people will find it easier to find food that they like. In conclusion, it was evident that some people disagree with the idea of a local quarter. I would recommend investigating more about the topic, and compare the benefits and the drawbacks, and also  take in consideration the opinion of the neighbours.
