How are you? I am writing this letter to thank you for the time you and your family provided me with during your recent business trip. Your family has given me a very warm welcome and I am grateful for that. Every afternoon, you often take me to visit the city where he was born and raised. Your mother treated me to special dishes there. Those are dishes I have never eaten before but their taste is very good. I truly cannot thank you enough for the love and care you and your family have given me during my stay.
There is one more thing that I would like to talk to you about. Unfortunately, in a hurry while packing, I left a large envelope in the room I stayed at at your friend's house. It was a large envelope in which there were many important documents. That envelope had a yellow cover with my name and home address written on the outside. I remember I left it in the cupboard in the room. Try looking there first, if you can't find it, please search on the desk in the room.
I am in dire need of those documents for a meeting that will take place in two days. Therefore, if you find that large envelope please return it to me immediately. Please send by courier to the address listed on the envelope. After you send it, please contact me. I will resend you the shipping fee.
