Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the delayed departure of Train no AP1234 from Hyderabad to Bangalore on last Sunday (25th August 2022). Due to unplanned maintenance carried by the staff right before train start result in the train was departed 5 hours late from origin station and reached destination by 3: 00PM Instead inf 9: 00AM.
Subsequently, I could not reach on time Result in organization didn’t consider my candidature for scheduled interview. I urged them to consider my profile by explaining them the reason for delay, but they didn’t hear me. Only 2 candidates were short listed for this position as I was not reached on time, they shortlisted another candidate.
I lost important opportunity in my professional career. I feel frustrated as I lost an awesome opportunity because of this. I feel that all those who carried this maintenance activity should be penalized for carrying out this activity without any prior planning and notice. I am sending a copy of this letter to railway ministry and local newspaper.
