In recent years, increasing stress in modern life has become a broad issue to the general public. Although noticeable, the impact of this issue has not been realized by many residents. Discussed below are several causes as well as solutions to this statement.
First and foremost, people should recognize that there are several main reasons supporting the idea that modern society has a massive workload so people have to spend more time handling them. This means that they do not have enough time to take care themself. To illustrate this point, I would like to mention my friend. He is a doctor. He spends from 9 to 11 hours working at the hospital everyday and about 5 hours learning consequently he sleeps 5 hours only. This is not good for his health. He must treat insomnia by medicine and he often feels sad and bored. Another point I would like to make is that modern life has a lot of pollution such as air pollution, noise pollution, visual pollution…everywhere we turn there’s a constant source of stimulation and not necessarily in a positive way. From being constantly connected to air pollution affecting our wellbeing, and noise pollution affecting our ability to hear ourselves think…it’s not surprising that we readily become stressed.
In order to solve the problem, there are a number of possible measures that can be taken. First, we can reduce the time which we spend using social media on computers, laptops or smart devices. With this time, we can communicate with other people such as friends, father, soul mate to express some problems which you are stucking or feeling the love from them. By this way we can receive a lot of positive energy from them. Therefore, we can release stress.
In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have outlined the reasons as well as solutions to this issue. The presented suggestion would be very good steps towards solving them. People should have further consideration on this statement.
