The line graph illustrates due to consumption of sugar through fruit, cane and honey, acid level caused in mouth. The data is measured in pH level.
Overall, it is clear from the figure that pH level of all three types of sweets decrease in 5 minutes and then it steadily increased.
At the moment when any form of sugar contained food is consumed, the acidity will be 7. However, after 5 minutes it drastically falls about 3 in cane, 4 in fruit and 5 in honey. If the it is higher than 5. 5 there will be less chances of tooth decay and if it is below the mark mentioned high chances decay to occur.
After the fall, honey has a drastic increase in comparison with other two. Within 15 minutes it crosses the mark and probability of decay is low. However, it takes more time for cane nearly 30 to cross the line and 20 for fruit.
