Overall, sodium and saturated fats were recorded the higher in dinner than any other meal and the added sugar were observed the most in snacks.
Sodium is the most dominant supplement during the dinner which is consumed 43%. followed by lunch, in which sodium is observed 29%. Whereas, sodium eaten in snacks and breakfast is similar to each other that is 14%.
Saturated fats is highly used nutrient at dinner which is 37%. Apart from that, saturated fats consumption is almost similar in lunch and snacks which is 26% and 21%. Then the least percentage of saturated fats were recorded in breakfast that is 16%.
