Hi Manager,
I am Louis from Louisville. I have a savings account registered in the Louisville branch of your bank. I am writing this letter to raise an issue I am facing due to the unsatisfactory service of your bank. I had applied for a cheque book two weeks back, but have neither received it yet nor being informed about the cause for the delay. Such a poor customer service reflects poorly of your bank.
To give you a background, I had visited your bank's branch on December 23 at 10 AM and filled up a physical form to order the cheque book. The clerk who accepted my application, Ms. Massie, assured me that the book will be sent to my home address that is specified in the form within five days of applying. However, unfortunately, I have not received my cheque book yet.
Consequently, I am compelled to write this note as I would like to understand how long is it going to take for the bank to dispatch the cheque book and what action would you be considering to address and expedite the process. I am also looking forward to know the reason for the delay. I hope you take a look at this complaint at the earliest and give me a satisfactory resolution.
