Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to infrom you that I have been encountering some problems in the workplace from my colleagues and this leads my confident down.
To begin, As I was promoted as senior post last month. Afterward, there is drastic change in my colleagues behaviour. They are totally ingnoring me. Not only that, they have been not giving proper attension to the insrtuctions which I give to them. Either they prefer to miss the meetings or they make any excuse to even talk to me.
Nvertheless, I am stick with my works and task which my senior has give to me and I never revert back to them. However, I am entitled to recive some respect from them.
I requested you to arrange a meeting with my all colleagues and ask them about the reason of this kind of behave with me because it is directly effects on my performance.
