Nowadays, individuals are encouraged to do exercise at a gym or go for a stroll in daily basis because to stay fit and these activities have a beneficial effects on their health. Although some people think that walking is a marvellous way to stay fit, others including me, think that joining to the health club is the best. Advocates of this view point believe that going for a brisk walk is a good way due to some reasons. First and foremost, when individuals go for a stroll in the parks, they not only relish the fresh air and greenery but also walking. Moreover, many people are able to climb stairs when they are at work or they can back to their place on feet. Second, they also believe that we are living in contemporary world in which people do not have a great deal of time to go a gym particularly in metropolitan cities. Therefore, these activities might be enough for their health. However, I oppose this viewpoint due to the weather conditions, people are not able to go for a stroll every day and also because of criminal activities, many places are not enough safe for walking. Looking at the other side of the coin, proponents of another view point claim that the health clubs are designed and equiped very well in order to many people would be able to do exercise. In this sense, new and modern equipment has been developed for different tast. So, different age groups such as the elders or youngsters can do exercise at gym. For example, there are different sports such as Pilates and Zumba which have different structure. Furthermore, they claim that attending at class motivates people. They can familiar with different people and also a good coach encourage them to carry on doing exercise. In conclusion, despite the fact that some people believe that going for a stroll may be sufficient, others myself included, firmly believe that attending at health club is the best. First, these classes motivate individuals and also are designed with your taste.
