In cutting edge era, good remunerate plays a important role in every person's life. Nowadays in big entreprices directors are paid more emoluments as compared to compared to employers. Companies say that it is important to attract best management options in global market. While others oppose it. My opinion falls in line with former view. However I will elaborate both dimensions in approaching sections. To substantiate my view point, there are several reasons to justify. Most prominent one is, more strenuous. To elaborate, managers have mental work as compared to workers. Which need more capability as well as experience and skills which worker not have. and managers have more responsibilities regarding organization and they are main assets of company. Another one is, increases the efficiency of work. To illustrate, if managers are paid more due to their hard work it leads to motivation in employees. Because workers will think that if they will work well they can get promoted. As a result they will maximum effort one their work. By which work will be improved. However there are various other things that thus is unfair. The most obvious one is, manpower turnover. To be more precise, if managers will biased more than workers can fell discriminated. As a result they can leave the enterprise. Because employees should paid more because the put more physical efforts as compared to managers. Moreover, loss for company. To justify, if workers will leave the enterprise it can lead to loss for company. Because their will lack of assets to fulfill work. Due to which organization can become unable to complete their project. As a result enterprise have to bear loss. Considering the lengths and breadhts of the above discussion it can be concluded that both aspects their own strong arguments, but I personally believe that it can lead to benifit for company.
