On 15th of this month, I ordered the buttoned jacket from your company, and the description stated that it is made of high quality fabric, but jacket I actually received is of inferior quality. Moreover, the stitching is subpar and buttons of it are already falling off. I used to be a loyal customer of yours, but this has certainly eroded my trust, and I doubt I will order again from you.
Since I did not receive the exact product displayed on your website, I request the refund for the amount I paid. I further request you arrange for a courier to pick up the package in reverse.
