Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a seven-night holiday to Italy I booked through your company, I am afraid to say that the Bella Vista Ltd. did not live up to my expectations and did not reflect the description on your website.
My flight was supposed to depart at 8: 00 therefore I reported to check-in before 7: 00, but as I was told my flight was changed because operational reasons. Unfortunately, I lost a whole day due to I couldn’t receive your letter about the delay in time. Then your company’s representative should have escorted me to my hotel, who did not even turn up thus I needed to take a taxi.
According to your website, the room where I stayed was supposed to provide sea view, but that was not the case. Although the window was faced to the sea, an enormous building blocked the sight almost completely.
I was most enthusiastic about windsurfing, but to my great disappointment it’s prize were much more than it was written in the hotel’s summary, which said watersports available at small extra charge.
I feel strongly that the description on your website should be changed as it is inaccurate and misleading. I was extremely dissatisfied by this aspect of my holiday and in the circumstances I believe that I am owed an apology.
