Application for a writing job

Dear Mr. /Mrs. , I am writing in order to apply for the article writing job for the Art and Music pages of Local Vocal advertised on the Internet. I am a second year student at the University of Győr and I am doing a degree in liberal arts education. I have strong written and verbal communication skills as the main representative of my class and a member of high level literature faculty. As you will see in my CV I have some relevant experience I have won several awards in literature competitions and exhibitions over the years. I also take part in the editing of the university newspaper, I am in charge of writing articles about what students are interested in nowadays. So I am in the possession of time management skills and ability to meet publication deadlines which is required I am very enthusiastic on any form of art, my most beloved passions are painting and poetry. I also have spent the last four summers traveling abroad and learning about other people’s culture.
