It can be seen that the highest level of landline telephones ownership was in Singapore the figures around 460 per thousand (2000). In meantime the figure is slightly decreased a little under 430 (2004). The second highest level of telephone ownership recorded in Brunei nearly 250 per thousand in year 2000. Then the slightl level drop 230(2004).
