Some people believe that finding a fulfilling career is more important than job stability. However, others argue that finding a permanent career and long-term financial security is more essential. As far as I am concerned, it is more essential to do what you enjoy than to make an earning. In this essay, both styles of thought will be discussed. On the one hand, especially the younger generation and some others, assume that doing what you enjoy with satisfaction is the most critical aspect for success. Working in a pleasant environment not only allows employees to advance socially, but it also allows them to live a healthier lifestyle. These considerations refer not only to other people's views, but also to the principles of some organizations that are well-known worldwide for their profitable operations. For example, employees of various multinational software organizations, such as Microsoft, Google, and Infosys, are selected from people who are genuinely interested and passionate about the job to make it more productive for the company. On the other hand, some people have confidence in that having a permanent job allows them to live a peaceful existence. Furthermore, compare to the satisfied job, they are not deeply disturbed be their finances, so they spend the rest of their spare time enjoying life. For instance, people who work in the public sector, for example, have a set daily schedule, they work those hours of the day and spend the rest of their time with their interests or friends and family and they also take vacations at specific times of the year. To summarize, while some people agree that feeling confident in terms of financial and promotional outcomes are two main determinants for taking on a job, I believe that being comfortable and enthusiastic about one's work environment is far superior to the compensation it provides.
