Some people think art such as sculpture and music cannot improve the quality of people’s lives so the government should not spend money on them but on health and defence. What is your opinion?

Contemporary art and design influence people's lives to a great extend. Medival stone sculptures are the best way to express the cultural heritage and evolution. Music has been evolving around through the ages, with a great influence to people's peace of mind. There have been many pieces of evidence that can be put forward to show the improvement of people's lifestyle and habits through music and art. One of them is, In the last 18th century many scientists listened to Beethoven's symphony while contributing to science, research says that the tunes used in the symphony helped them to memorize many concepts in science. Art has a postive impact on creativity of a person. Sculpture carving is an activity that boost's the creativity at many levels. It also enhances self confidence level in a person. These skills are majorly required for improving the quality of life in people. Religious Music creates positive vibrations in body, which can cure actue illness and laziness from the body, moreover it revitalizes the body for an enhanced mental health. A mentally healthy upbringing can be bought in today's people through soul relaxing music. Historic weapons can be used as a helping piece of information for the modern weapons. Thus, art and music influences health and modern defence systems. To conclude the Government’s fund has to be allocated for art and music along with funding Health and defense.
