Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the remote control of tv which I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 21st of May, I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a tv with remote control for my grandmother as she cannot walk at all. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later, my grandmother made a call and said about the problem of item. When she watched it for the first time it worked properly and she was very glad to me. However, when she utilized it for the second time there seemed to have been a mulfunction while the remote control was working. The batteries were changed, but it was useless. Furthermore, when it was shown to me by her I noticed it was not the same with l bought. I would like you to replace the remote control with well- functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand for a week. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem.
