celebrating a holiday in Iran

I am going to talk about a holiday that take place on 13’th of Farvardin, called “Sizdah be dar”. It’s said that at the beginning of the new Hijri year, after celebrating and rejoicing for first twelve days of the year, which related to the twelve months of the year, people celebrate an auspicious day. People used to go to the nature and deserts and camp alongside the rivers spending a day with their family wishing for rain from God. Even now, The Zoroastrians celebrate the Nowruz from the morning of Tashtar day, they bring the food and some nuts and sweets left on the Nowruz table with them to the nature taking the greens on the table and leave them in the flowing water and wish for a blessed and fruitful year. I like this tradition holiday due to making the family gather together and the main reason that i enjoy it is that it takes place in nature and as i suppose myself an ecotourist who enjoys of watching, being or even whatever happening in the nature. The only thing that bothered me about this holiday is unculture behavior of people leaving their trash on land that infect the environment.
