As people live longer and longer, the idea of cloning human beings in order to provide spare parts is becoming a reality. The idea horrifies most people, yet it is no longer mere science fiction. To what extent do you agree with such a procedure? Have you any reservations?

The development of technology is accompanied by several fictions that people only can see in the movies. In the contemporary world producing human clones is possible and some people argue that people can ensure the health of body parts such as internal organs. While I accept this idea to a certain extent, I would argue that it has some drawbacks. On the positive side, it is certainly true that cloning people offer a wide range of benefits especially for patients who need a new organ. For instance, research indicates that there are a plethora number of people who suffer from kidney, liver or heart failure. These people are in organ transportation lists in every country and anticipate a biologically suitable organ, as this application cannot be implemented with an ordinary organ. Hence, I believe that cloning people leads to a decrease in the mortality rate and ameliorate the present sorrow. Nonetheless, I have to accept that this idea includes either unethical or immoral sides. To illustrate, cloning human beings means that there will be genetically no difference between the original and clon people. Hence, cloned people should have the same rights as normal people biologically since they would biologically be also from the human race and have feelings, thoughts and habits such as humans. However, it is not possible that because the reason why they exist is donating their body parts for their originals. They will spend their lives being aware of the inevitable death. I think that this is so mean, the cruel and unbearable situation for the cloned person. In conclusion, people are allowed to produce clones by utilizing advanced technology and a vast majority of people think that it would be gainful in terms of human health. My opinion on the matter is opinion can help a vast majority of people. Conversely, it would not be ethical and not fair for cloned people.
