Advanced medical treatments are generally expensive. People´s access to proper health care should not depend upon their level of income. All people have the right to access the best medicine available. To what extent to you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Advanced medical treatments are generally expensive. People´s access to proper health care should not depend upon their level of income. All people have the right to access the best medicine available. xkj5o
Most advanced medical treatments are usually expensive. Quality health care should be a right and accessible for everyone regardless of income level. I completely agree with this idea and I will explain some reasons that support my view. Firstly, access to good health care, especially advanced medical treatments, must be a human right available for everyone without distinction of income level or any other circumstances. Governments are responsible for providing this public service because they receive large amounts of money from people´s taxes. They should establish effective medical policies that involve good medical plans for everyone and resources to build more hospitals with technology and good infrastructure. For instance, countries like Germany have good public medical policies based on a social approach where people pay for their plans depending on their income level, so eventually the Government subsidies for those who can afford to pay for a high-quality medical plan. If the government did not establish better and more inclusive policies about public healthcare for everyone, people with low incomes would continue to have deficient medical plans. Secondly, another important reason for considering proper health care as a right for all is economic and social development. Healthy individuals are more productive and can contribute to the growth of their societies, also access to healthcare can contribute to preventing several diseases, reducing medical treatment costs in the long term. For example, preventive oncological check-ups in public hospitals could significantly reduce cancer diagnostics and thus, the need for expensive advanced medical treatments. In conclusion, quality medical care should be accessible to everyone regardless of their income level because it represents a human right and contributes to economic and social development in society.
