While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Agree or disagree?

In the technology era, it is not doubted that more and more students have prefered pursuing academic majors to taking vocational training courses. Despite numerous strongly believe that attending university is the best way to achieve success, I personally agree that the majority should be encouraged to be a qualified electrician or plumber in the future. Based on my knowledge, the studying academic courses is not as impertive as people thinking. First, in facts employers always focus on experience than the knowledge to offer a job to another, for instance the employee who have more practical experience can make that job better. Thus, to get a high-paying jobs, students ought to improve functional skills of major and take some part time jobs besidé studying in university. Second, researches have shown that many graduated students after leaving schools are not able to live comfortably, or even do not have a job suitable with own majors and there is one of the main causes leading to increase total crimes. In addition, there are also a variety of reasons why studying practical courses are of importance of the most people. Im major of developed countries, there is a lack of workers like electricians who have the understandings and hands on experience in their field. For example, many famous corporations or brands would offer high salaries for professionals than ones who have just graduated from academic instritutions, which would be the thing the students have to think to. Furthermore, most of the young people, especially in undeveloped regions, don’t have enough economic conditions to persue higher education and the students have to stop their education and work for a small company nearby accomodation as a plumber, postman, etc to earn money to live better. To conclude, the benefits of being qualified manaul labours in the future is the good step to achieve success in the future. Depending on personal circumstances anh hobbies, everyone should choose the suitable career path of their own.
