Nowadays having a fit body become a strong desire for many people not only because of big marketing companies with supermodels and their perfect bodies but due to sedentary life and unconscious food consumption. It leads to discussion whether it is better to join gyms and health clubs or everyday activities and home exercises are enough to achieve this goal. Although both options have reasonable arguments, I believe that everyday activities and home exercises are not enough to stay fit. According to WHO reports, sedentary life and lack of exercises have long-term consequences and lead to health issues. To avoid such problems, people need to add more activities in their live. The easiest way to reach it is to implement sports in daily routine. For example, to walk instead of car driving or to climb stairs instead of using elevators. However, it is not that simple as it might look at first. High speed of life and plenty of responsibilities take all of our attention so people are prone to sacrifice their sport-time activities to have a result at work. If people are on their own and do not join health clubs it is more likely that they will give up the idea of doing exercises during the day. It is not that evident but like-minded community has a really strong power on people’s behavior. It comes from our psyche where a person can’t let his/her community down. So, the most efficient way to stay fit and healthy is to join health clubs or to buy subscription to a gym (better with personal instructor). Although this option is more time- and money-consuming, but to succeed in sports, a person needs to have obligations not only to himself/herself but to somebody else. Despite of the fact that there are many ways to stay fit but I believe that the most efficient way is to join like-minded communities at sport clubs or take personal training at gyms.
