It has always been my objective to acquire the best academic instruction available because I'm a young person who wants to be successful in business and an authority in my subject of study. After high school, I had a job as a sales representative where I helped people with their finances and offered loans. I finally developed such a passion for marketing that I kept working as a teaching assistant in high school and volunteering during breaks. My commitment to lifelong learning is what drove me to choose to enroll in the University of Denver's MBA program, which would improve my knowledge and abilities in the marketing industry. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with a concentration in Accounting from Wisconsin International University College in Ghana. I possessed top-notch theoretical and practical knowledge and concepts that are essential to all business people because I attended one of Ghana's finest private universities. For instance, in my current position as a Business Development Executive in Ghana, I have applied what I learnt about consumer behavior to a recent psychology project about consumers' buying decisions. I'm hoping that this program will help me transition from managing a local business to managing a multinational enterprise. My primary interest is in Marketing Strategy. It is my goal to aid organizations draw long and short-term strategies to achieve company’s goals by probing further into the needs of clients and forming a distinct and sustainable competitive advantage. In my current role, I follow market trends to identify new and existing markets and their growth potential using customer behavior, and demographic characteristics to make sure our products and services reach prospective clients in order to gain advantage over our competitors. I also have interest in Entrepreneurship with focus on Product Design and Sustaining a start-up. This motivated me to lead a team on a volunteer study on the major cause of the collapse of start-ups in the first three years. This University has a reputation of having an exceptionally supportive international community, practical education and updated instructional facilities which creates a conducive learning atmosphere for students. The University is also known for its expert lecturers who are renowned professionals in the field, and have had great influence on their students to be on the pedestals of their careers. It would be a pleasure to study under the supervision of such lecturers. Furthermore, this MBA entails an in-depth and rigorous curriculum which will equip me with practical knowledge, excellent leadership needed to excel in this field. This will give me invaluable opportunities to study in a highly diverse international environment and build global networks. This qualification, which I hope to obtain at the University of Denver, will provide me with all of the necessary skills and experience to begin my career in a way that will give me a competitive advantage greater than just my first degree. I believe that my leadership, curiosity, marketing and sales experience will help me thrive in this program and graduate on time. In light of this, I would like to be considered for a Graduate Assistant position in any available department or financial aid to support my studies. I've always been interested in learning about different cultures and customs, so studying in the United States is an excellent opportunity for personal development for me, taking the MBA program in this university is necessary for me to obtain insights into the strategic world. I admire the United States' long democratic tradition, as well as its history in various fields of art, and I would like to broaden my worldview by interacting with American professors and peers. Employers in Ghana place a high value on this perspective, which could benefit my future professional career.
