How does Socrates structure his speech

Advocating yourself in our days is quite complex. Nowadays more than 97% of individuals use the service of lawyers thus showing that they are not able to protect themselves. However in an ancient period Socrates was able to aid himself, in addition he even proved that his offenders slandered him. In my view there are three aspects which mostly make his speech one of the best, it is his introduction, refutation, and his value. The first reason why I like Socrates introduction, because in beginning of trial he share with data about his lives, ages, opinion, lifestyle. However why he did this? I strongly believe that he did it to give a concept to plant an information to their brains like a bomb that to make it explodes at the right time. Moreover he prepared the evidence that which proved his words. In the other hand I do love the part of his speech against Melet. After his advocating himself Socrates began to refute Melets slander, and he started to ask a questions. The first question was about who deserve to guide others than he gave an instance about corrupting of youth and finally he asked a question about gods and demons. These three questions completly overhelmed him even Melet in the end started making excuses. Finally my favourite part of speech is Socrates value about himself. In the middle of trial when Socrates refuted slanders he started to speak about his philosophy likewise his life goal. In speech he says that he is God, s envoy, that if they kill him they will lost a miracle who can guide them. By this I want to say that Socrates linked that he did not care about death, and others opinions. The only thing that inspired him was his vision of life therefore, he even told the story when he was a political advisor. To sum up, I strongly support Socrates method of advocating, without any aid, doubts, fear he did an excellent speech. In addition, I like this one "the worst is not supposed to harm the best".
