Could a Working Mother Be a Good Mother for Her Child’s

Today thanks to democracy policy, men and women have equal rights, which made it possible for both genders to possess the same profession. Today we come across women mechanical engineers and pilots, whereas the males can find themselves in the literature tuition niche. Consequently, the women’s employment rate drastically soared in the last 50 years. According to conservative people, the working woman can’t fulfill maternity tasks, because the mother must take care of her children around clock. However, in my opinion, the employed woman should be treated with respect, not with condemnation. The root cause to support the woman's employment is that the family receives additional finance for future endeavors. For example, while my father provides the family with daily expenses, my mother keeps her salary for a family holiday. In addition, the allocation of the tasks between the family members plays a supportive role in the creation of collective spirit as, without the help of my mother, my father must take on the additional burden. Another reason to support a woman's employability is her son sees his mother as an example of how to behave with their wife and daughter. Most conservative people are surprisingly ignorant about the gender equality policy and live with the stereotyped thoughts that the only females' obligation is a guarding the hearth. For instance, in Afghanistan, asking for work permission from the husband demonstrates the wife's dependency. To my mind, dependency on a partner detrimentally affects interfamily relationships and triggers female discrimination in society. Hence, it is not surprising that in patriarchal Afghanistan gender-based violence takes a terrible scale. In addition to the previous points, the working environment is the top opportunity for women to boost self-esteem and self-confidence. In the past, fathers were recognized as breadwinners and earners, however, in modern society, the situation changed 180 degrees. Though the woman is physically weaker than a male, today working females receive the same salary as the man workers. Acquiring the same remuneration as the man eliminates her low-esteem issues and certifies that the pay equity policy gradually introducing into employers’ consciousness. In addition, the workplace is the best place to develop soft, computer, and managing skills. To conclude, the high employment rate of females is an essential factor for society's development, as it makes females independent, develops self-confidence, gives an impetus to respect their rights, and decreases gender-based violence. The women develop herself comprehensively; nonetheless, if she will extra be focused on the work and will displace her work frustration on her family members, it can negatively affect the family statement.
