I am writing this letter to inform notify about heating system in your accomodation that we rent from you. Your workmen thave tried so many times to fix it, but all tries have been inefficient. It leads to such kind of problems. so i would request that you will take action for this problem.
We were rented the hause in summer so we did not know about heating system does not work in youur home but weather is getting colde and colder and finnaly winter already came. we could not heating this hause and also could not use from hot water. although, your workmen tried to fix it may times but no ones could not be succsessfully. Also this problem affeted our health problem. As a rusult me and my flat mates failed one by one and couldn go to school lessons.
There is one solution that i can offer you for take action. You might reconstruction of heating sytems in your flat. And you could affer to us an other rent flat to live. while instructing.
