Introduction: With the ever-increasing number of people are receiving studying and education no limits to their economic levels and growing background from economic levels. In my opinion, the different people need to receive the education based on the elementary education, at least to the tertiary education. The options are supported by the requirement, social-economic development, especially the human resources necessarily requires in different company and firms; and the fairness to different people. This essay will outline two ideas of supporting my standpoints. Main Body Paragraph 1: To begin with, the main reason is about the requirements and social economic development. The time flows. It is necessarily for at least studying tertiary education, even is to have the undergraduate level to study and work out as standard jobs. Undoubtedly, it is no exaggeration to say that undergraduate level is basically requirement for doing different elementary and professional jobs. The free education from the primary to tertiary education includes 15 years around free education support. It can give most majority of students provide qualified education with ensuring education and academic qualification. It can not only provides plenty of employment talented and required to obtain different working skills and tactics, but also nurtures some of professional talents to deal with different working tasks and finally attain the social-economics requirement and development. The social changes forms the social economics development and requirements. The education requirements have increased. The more education level employer requirements, the more choices of human resources required and increased. Therefore, social economics development may contribute the main reason to development more long time and various choices for the free education. Main Body Paragraph 2: Then, the following reason is the fairness to different people. Reviewing the previous and prior different people story that I heard, we would know that my surrounding older generation people (i. e. now becomes elderly may have choices to not receive higher level education due to make a living. ). Admittedly, free education can let some of poor and underprivileged person can have choices to articulate to the tertiary education and constantly value and equip oneself to become the talents, indeed no limits to only study the elementary education level by considering nowadays society development covered before. It is because the underprivileged need more time to earn more money to family. Their social groups certainly be difficult to reconsider the contribution and participation to education subjects to time for prolonged working, cares of family members and education resources. Yet, providing the free education from the elementary to tertiary may form the knowledge can change the life and some people can able to study in higher level in the future and changing life as a result. It may balance different economic level people needs. Therefore, it considers as the fairness to different people. Conclusion: This essay covers two arguments based on the requirements of society, how society benefits if the free education required. Also, the consideration of underprivileged person and education resources provided to change their life story is mentioned to advocate the significance of free education. Free education is a necessarily topic and promote to different both developed and developing countries in the long run by different countries education policy. The number of receiving free education citizen and mankind will be increased.
