Greetings of the day! Trust you’re well and in good health. I’m writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the quality internet service provide to me. I have been a loyal client of yours since the past couple of years. I have never faced the issue I’m facing today, earlier. Hence, I would like to work with the Internet service team and sort out the issue.
The issue here is that, my internet connection has become very unstable and internet speed is throttled a lot (far from what is acceptable). I purchase a 100Mbps plan from your organization and see that I’m being provided only with a meger 30Mbps since of late. I’m assuming this has something to do with the networking in my locality and willing to help sort this problem at the earliest. It is imperative that, my daily activities is affected by this unreliable network. Furthermore, due to the on-going pandemic, I work from home. Thus, I rely on your services to get my work done hassel-free.
So, I would like you to arrange for an engineer to visit my house at the earliest and fix the current problem. As mentioned already, I work from home and would be available anytime during the day to assist the engineer. But, I would appreciate fixing an appointment prior the visit.
