Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a Samsung Camera that I purchased from your departmental store located at Metropark Shopping Mall, Baku, on 04/02/2022.
Unfortunately your product has not performed well. I am disappointed because while purchasing I was assured that it was the latest model. However, when I reached home, I discovered that the lens of the camera was broken. I cannot take pictures and it turns off automatically.
When I first learned of this problem, I returned the product to the store and contacted Mr. Farid Jabbarov from the customer service department on 05/02/2022 at your company and I was assured that the camera would be replaced with a new one within three business days. In addition, when I called his again, he told me that it would take a few more days and would be repaired instead of being replaced. When I demanded the reason, she failed to answer. Since then a week has passed and I received no further communication from the store.
In conclusion, I am hoping that you will agree to replace the faulty one with a new and fresh one. Otherwise, I would like a full refund. If I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week, I would like to lodge a written complaint to your higher authority.
I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem and will wait until 18/02/2022 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.
