Last week, I landed at LAX airport at 9 pm on 4 December. After getting off the airplane, I entered the lobby and did immigration procedures. Then I went to the conveyor belt to take my suitcase, but I waited quite long and didn't see it. I went to the ''Lost&Found'' room to announce and provide information about my suitcase. It's a pink suitcase which has a lot of anime stickers on and a teddy bear keychain. I told them what was in it such as clothes, personal belongings, my phone, cosmetics, especially it has two travel magazines and a Rubik cube. After recording the information the search department told me that they would search and notify me later. But 8 days passed, I'm about to end my trip and I haven't received any notice from your airline company. So I ask for knowing about search progress and its result. How will my suitcase be handled? What will you do if this search takes too long? I want to get a reply from you in about the next 3 days.
