Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Philip Colson from room number 235 on second floor, i write this latter to draw your attention towards my roommate problem. As i am in my final year i am preparing for my project and my roommate is from arts line so he practices on his musical instrument. However, he is a good person but because of our different line of work I am having difficulties in focusing on preparing my presentations.
For my final presentation i need to be focused and prepare and need silent companion with whom i can think and act in my natural state. I request you to change me to the student with similar line of study or someone with very less noisy work. I may suggest you that any LAW or ACCOUNTING student would be very beneficiary to me as they need to study for long hours and tends to remain silent for long hours.
I humbly plead to you to help me solve my issue.
