These days, it is thought that in modern life, the rapid growth in technology leads to high living costs and competition so people have to face many kinds of stress. From my point of view, I think the demands of work and heavy workload are leading reasons for that. In both developed countries and developing countries, the demands of work are the concerned problem. Although social improvement creates a variety of jobs, many companies are established, they require high-quality humans. Therefore people must try their best in order to have a chance to apply for a job. Normally, this can motivate and even force them to get positive effects. However, if their efforts improved misleadingly, they will be able to be in danger under pressure and stress. To prevent this phenomenon, people should take some ways to balance working and relaxing, determine the aim, and have a detailed project to save time and effort.
