Change is an essential part of life, it plays an important role in everything. A human also has to under go this process of change where it's grows, and get to know more about the beautiful world it lives in. the people who are older to them prepares us to fight the world and understand the world with the help of their parents.
To begin with, when the kid are small they have the parents to look up to who teach them, when they become adults, parents are the role model of their lives and should have a friendly relationship at this point, where the child can speak their thought out loud and they get to decide on theri own about what is right and wrong for them, in this stage the older people should guide them with examples and real life stories, furthermore they should spend a lot of time and spend quality time so that they get to know each other better, most of the important decision are to be made in this time around so if one has their parents as the support system they will never fail, in my opinion kids should know that the only way they can judge any situation is when they can come home and say out what he/she has done, if someone can say that then it's the correct for instance when ayesha whos parents were educated and they brought up her like a friend she came out to be an independent, and a successful girl with a lot of respect for other and was humble too on the other hand alisha who was scared to share her thought became a person who wants to please everyone around her and if she does something wrong will cover her actions with lies. the later stage is the adult hood the time when one become old and that time they feel all the things as their parents must have goan, so this time they should have a respectfully approach towards their parents and parents here should support them and enjoy thei retirement.
In a nut shell, change is inevitable and if we have the support of people who are older to us then life becomes more easy we not only get a parent but a guide, a friend, a mentor as well which help to develop the children and ones personality.
