The purpose of this letter is to sincerely apologize for the books that I initially borrowed from library of the university and should have returned back by the end of last week, October 18th.
To begin with, I have been facing serious health problems for nearly three weeks and this was without doubt the main reason why unfortunately were forced to exceed the deadline. To make matter worse, after making a consultation with my doctor we decided to move to London for better disease cure.
I am currently under doctor medication and hopefully believe that after taking some healthy procedures by the next week will be back in Manchester in a few days. In other words I can guarantee to deliver the books on library on October 29th or someone else from my family on behalf can bring the books earlier, if it will be an accepted method for you. Last but not least, you are kindly required not to revoke my library privileges for the reasons mentioned above.
Finally, I have to apologize once again for the inconvenience caused and am looking forward in discussing any other proposal you may have.
