My name is Huong Do. I am writing in order to complain about a Samsung TV which I bought in the store at 9 Le Hong Phong street last week. It cost $500 and Nhi was the counselor. However, when I went home I discovered it did not work properly. I am totally grumpy and upset with the service.
First of all, the remote control was broken, I did not turn on the TV, and the screen was back. To make matters worse, I called customer service several times to report the problem but I have not yet received any help. They said they would change to a new one.
Unfortunately, I am afraid that this TV has broken
I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund
